The Good Dog Bakery LLC started when we combined two of our passions into one: good dogs and good baking. We love our dog and we love to bake. We believe that every dog deserves a chance to be healthy. Healthy dogs eat healthy food. Almost all store bought dog treats are loaded with unhealthy ingredients including harmful preservatives and unnecessary additives. After a great deal of research into the ingredients in many store bought dog treats we decided to bake our own treats for our dog “Remus”.

Our treats do not contain salt, sugar or preservatives. We use only human grade ingredients in our treats. We know there are some foods that are not safe for dogs to consume so all of our ingredients are vet checked and approved. When we started making our own treats for Remus we wondered if he would like them enough to eat them without salt or sugar. Not only does he like them, he won't eat any other kind. We found the same to be true with many of our neighbors and friends when they gave our treats to their dogs. That is when The Good Dog Bakery LLC was born.

We are proud to provide a complete ingredient list for all of the treats we offer. Our dough is hand mixed and all of our treats are hand made. Your homemade treats will be baked fresh when you order and shipped priority mail to ensure freshness.
